All course materials, publications, and content on the OUK platform are the intellectual property of the Open University of Kenya or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

OUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our digital services.

5. Amendments

OUK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our digital services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
